Claritas Psychology

Step into calm and clarity.

Thoughtful therapy and psychological evaluation for those seeking clarity, depth, and meaningful change.

I believe meaningful change often begins with greater understanding—of ourselves, our experiences, and the patterns we carry. Therapy can offer a space to explore these with curiosity and develop ways of moving forward that feel more grounded and authentic

What you may be navigating

Anxiety and Stress

Support for worry, overthinking, feeling on edge, difficulty relaxing, or feeling like your mind is always racing. Therapy can help you better understand what is driving the anxiety and find ways to feel more grounded and less overwhelmed.

Depression and Low Mood

A space to explore sadness, emptiness, low motivation, irritability, feeling stuck, or just not feeling like yourself. We can look at what may be contributing to these experiences and what might help you feel more connected and engaged again.

Relationship Difficulties

For those navigating patterns that show up across dating, friendships, family, or other close relationships—such as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, fear of conflict, feeling misunderstood, or repeating the same relational dynamics. Therapy can help you make sense of these patterns and develop more satisfying ways of relating.

ADHD & Executive Functioning

Support with attention, procrastination, organization, time management, follow-through, forgetfulness, and feeling like you know what you need to do but still cannot get yourself to do it. We can work on both practical strategies and the frustration or self-criticism that often comes with these difficulties.

Trauma & Difficult Experiences

Support for experiences from the past or present that continue to affect how you feel, relate, trust, or respond to stress. This may include experiences that feel clearly traumatic as well as difficult relationships, losses, or experiences that were never fully processed.

Perfectionism & Burnout

For people who feel like they are never doing enough, have difficulty slowing down, put a lot of pressure on themselves, or feel exhausted from constantly trying to keep up. Therapy can help you understand these patterns and find a more sustainable way of approaching work, responsibilities, and yourself.

Identity & Self-Understanding

A space to explore questions like “Why do I keep doing this?” “Why do I react this way?” or “Who am I outside of what others expect from me?” Therapy can help you better understand your patterns, relationships, values, and sense of self.

Couples & Family Concerns

Help for couples and families experiencing recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, emotional distance, changing roles, trust concerns, or major transitions. Therapy can help strengthen understanding, connection, and more effective ways of responding to one another.

Life Transitions

For periods of change such as starting or ending a relationship, moving, changing careers, becoming a parent, graduating, or entering a new stage of life. Even positive changes can bring uncertainty, stress, or questions about what comes next.

What We Do

Our Services

Individual Therapy

For children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, trauma, perfectionism, ADHD, and emotional or behavioral patterns that feel difficult to shift alone. Therapy offers a space to better understand what you’re experiencing, develop new ways of responding, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Couples Therapy

For couples navigating conflict, communication difficulties, emotional distance, trust concerns, intimacy challenges, major life transitions, or questions about the future of the relationship. Therapy can also be helpful for couples preparing for marriage who want to better understand each other’s expectations, values, communication styles, and family backgrounds.

For families navigating recurring conflict, communication difficulties, changing roles, parent-child tension, or major life transitions. Family therapy can help identify patterns that may be keeping everyone stuck, create space for each person’s perspective, and support more effective, connected ways of relating.

Family Therapy

Psychological Evaluation

Comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults seeking greater diagnostic clarity and a better understanding of attention, learning, executive functioning, mood, personality, or emotional functioning. Evaluations can also provide individualized recommendations to help guide treatment, school or workplace accommodations, and next steps.

Clinical Supervision

Individual clinical supervision for therapists seeking a thoughtful, collaborative space to deepen case formulation, strengthen clinical judgment, and reflect on the complexities of therapeutic work. Supervision may include discussion of treatment approach, therapeutic process, ethical considerations, use of self, and professional development.
