Individual Therapy
There are many reasons people come to therapy. You may be struggling with anxiety or low mood, feeling overwhelmed by a life transition, getting caught in the same relationship patterns, or finding that ways of coping that once worked no longer seem to help. You may also be doing well on the surface while privately feeling stressed, self-critical, disconnected, or unsure of what needs to change.
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and better understand what is happening—both in the present and beneath the surface. My approach is integrative and individualized, balancing practical strategies for addressing current concerns with opportunities to explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be shaping how you feel and respond today.
For some people, therapy begins with a specific problem they want help with. For others, the starting point is less clear: I don’t feel like myself. Why do I keep ending up here? Why is this so hard for me? You do not need to have a clear diagnosis or even know exactly what you want to work on before beginning. Part of our work can be figuring that out together.
